Experience a way of Mindfulness that can be incorporated in your daily life activities. Practice Mindfulness wherever you are and whatever you are doing. Get out of your head and into your body. Learn to gain body awareness and use breathing to relax, because if your body is relaxed, you are less likely to experience stress. In today’s technology filled world, it’s easy to get distracted, but to accomplish your dreams and to feel fulfilled, you need to focus. Let the mind rest in one place and get in the flow like athletes do before a game. Be present and immerse yourself into what you are doing and who you are doing it with.  
 
​We invite you to Mountain Horse Farm for four inspirational days filled with relaxation, focus, living in the moment, nature, creativity, fun & laughter, horses and evening bonfires. Without riding, spend time with the horses in our horse sanctuary, using all your senses. Ground yourself with a relaxing massage or one of our specialty acupressure massages. Immerse yourself in the forest with Deb Denome of Finger Lakes Forest Therapy and participate in various exercises to relax, focus and be present. A book on Modern Mindfulness and an inspirational journal will wait for you on arrival and of course you will take those home with you. The focus will be on experiencing & doing and less on sharing & talking.  
 
Join us for this incredible three-night, all-inclusive retreat, which includes the inspirational program across four days, your accommodations, spending time with the horses, a forest therapy session, a massage or specialty acupressure massage, a book on Mindfulness, a journal and all gourmet meals starting with dinner on the first night and ending with breakfast on the last morning. For sleeping, you have your choice of elegant rooms with fireplaces and outdoor hot tubs, to glamping in tipis (yes, tipis!) – your choice.   

Private accommodations for retreat guests only, including the Lodge, Carriage House, Tipis and Horse barns. No other guests will be staying during these days and the maximum number of participants is 10. Men and women of all ages are welcome. The beautiful property surrounded by the Bristol Hills, with amazing views, 3 miles of groomed trails, woods and horse pastures will make for a quiet and intimate setting. All activities are optional and you are free to join in or spend some quiet time on your own. For the forest therapy and to interact with the horses you will be asked to sign a waiver.

​​Tina Albright-Menna MS, LMHC is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with education and experience providing individual and group psychotherapy, Equine Assisted Learning and Psychotherapy, Community Integration Counseling, and Addictions Counseling. She believes in the power of a therapeutic alliance where respect, trust, and empathy provide the environment and opportunity for healing.​​
​​Suzanne Vullers is a life long horse lover. She is passionate about letting horses live a life as natural as possible. Suzanne is EAGALA certified and offers horse experience sessions with her horses for personal growth, healing, learning, wellness and relaxation.​​
​​Deborah Denome is a Social Entrepreneur, Horticultural Therapist and Certified Forest Therapy Guide. Deb's greatest joy is in helping individuals to deepen their own relationship with the Earth, each other, and our own true nature…to create vibrant lives and community.​​

RESERVATIONS

Reserve your spot today! Space is limited!

Deposit & final payment: To hold your spot, we will ask for payment of a deposit of $550.00. The balance is due two months  before the retreat.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations that are made at least 2 months in advance will receive a full refund minus a $100.00 cancellation fee. Regretfully we can not give refunds past the cancellation deadline. The only exception we can make is that we will refund 80% of your deposit in case we can rebook your spot with another participant.
